REFUND POLICY

Please note that the registration or training fee is payment not refundable. Your registration is a token payment to entitle you to gain access to the organic farming training courses and other services that may be offered from time to time.

For other products including garden/farm inputs, food items and household items that may be purchased through our website, we allow a 24 hours window for return of items that is shown to be unfit for the purpose for which it is purchased. Such refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
